Becoming a patient

We’re currently registering both NHS and private patients. To register, please phone or email reception with your full name, date of birth and a contact number. We’ll send you a short medical-history form to complete before your first visit, and book you in for a Band 1 NHS check-up or a private new-patient consultation, whichever you prefer.

Accessibility & getting here

The practice has step-free access to a ground-floor surgery, an accessible WC and a hearing loop at reception. Free 1-hour parking is available in the high street car park, and the bus station is a five-minute walk away.
